Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Use apply to the official website (the "Site") of Shinjuku Topshot Hotel, operated by Topshot Inc.. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Bookings)

Booking, payment, and cancellation are processed via the tripla Book reservation system provided by tripla Inc., or OTAs (online travel agencies) designated by us. The booking terms and cancellation policy on each booking page take precedence; information on the Site is provided as an overview only.

For direct bookings via tripla Book, the current standard cancellation policy is: up to 7 days before arrival — free of charge; within 7 days before arrival, on the day of arrival, or no-show — 100% of the accommodation fee. Even if we subsequently revise the cancellation policy, the policy displayed at the time the booking was confirmed will, as a rule, continue to apply to that booking.

Article 3 (Prohibited acts)

Users shall not:

• Violate laws or public order.
• Infringe the rights of us, other users, or third parties.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site.
• Engage in unauthorized access or equivalent acts.
• Copy, redistribute, modify, or sell the Site's contents without permission.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

All copyrights and other rights to the text, images, designs, logos, etc. on the Site belong to us or rightful third parties.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Third-party links)

The Site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content.

Article 7 (Changes)

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.

Article 8 (Governing law, jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any disputes related to the Site.
